About VERDESO® Foam
- VERDESO® Foam is a twice-a-day prescription treatment for mild to moderate atopic dermatitis (eczema) in patients 3 months of age and older.
- VERDESO® Foam is not an ointment, cream or gel. VERDESO® Foam is a topical foam treatment that is easy to spread over body areas that are affected.
- VERDESO® Foam has no ethanol and contains moisturizing ingredients.
How VERDESO® Foam Works
- Desonide 0.05%, the active ingredient in VERDESO® Foam, is a mild steroid that works to reduce inflammation and itching.

Safety Information

- In clinical trials, the most common side effects occurred at the application site.
- VERDESO® Foam is a medication that contains a drug called a corticosteroid. Your body also makes corticosteroids. Like other medications that contain a corticosteroid, VERDESO® Foam may temporarily reduce the activity of your body's own corticosteroid producing system.
