Adverse Events

In clinical trials, the most frequent treatment-related adverse events occurred at the application site (6%).

*Data derived from a phase 3, double-blind, randomized study (N=581) composite endpoint in which success was defined as an Investigator' s Static Global Assessment (ISGA) score of clear or almost clear (0 or 1) at Week 4, score of clear or almost clear for erythema and induration/papulation at Week 4, and minimum 2-grade improvement in ISGA score from Baseline to Week 4. Proportion of patients with success at Week 4 was 39% for VERDESO® Foam and 9% for vehicle foam.
